Good breakfast included in hotel price, staff were helpful when had issues. 2 long pools which were okay.
Creaky bed whenever you turned around. As we was near the end of the corridor wasn’t very well lit and looked slightly abandoned.

Modern facilities, specially good if traveling solo, fairly close the beach
Only one key per room, if you misplaced you are charged. Also they tried to make us pay for a stain in the sheets (chocolate size of a coin) which was a first for me. When i asked them to show me where does it say i have to pay for it or if i had sign it they decide to let it go, so i feel they try to charge customers randomly...

Lovely staff who were very friendly, however a disappointing stay.

Value for money was not great. Photos of the room and pool area are misleading, the pool area could do with an update. Decking is old and moves when walking over it. Room looked a lot bigger in the photos. Only given one bottle of water, which was already opened, and one bath towel for two guests. We booked a deluxe double room with pool access. Unfortunately there is only one pool in the property, therefore our curtains were shut constantly to protect our privacy. Unfortunately we were kept up by large groups in the evening and in the morning. The hotel had a dance class on in the morning which involved lots of screaming and loud music- not very relaxing. In the evening large groups would be by the pool area shouting- also not very relaxing.
